Dr Daniel Orr Oral/Maxillofacial ? Covering your A** Agreement
I was told to sign this legal contract on the spot. My attorney never had the chance to look at or explain to me what I was signing away at the time. Had I not been told to take a sedative prior to the procedure, I would have not signed away my right to a jury trail. A slick move by a slick doctor with a J.D. degree as well.
Dr. Orr’s medical records that I requested were hand written and sloppy to say the least.
